Help! My Laptop Cannot See The Dvd Drive

Hello  nairalanders, please i need to know what to do. My lappy is Toshiba A135-S4527. 1 gig memory, 120 gig hard disk, plus DVD. recently i found out that when i insert the flash drive, it reads it as D: instead  of E: when i inserted a dvd/ cd to play, it cannot find it. When i opened the computer, i only see the C: drive and D: is nowhere to be found. Plzz wht do you think is the problem?? I need to know wht to do. Thanks to you all.

corruption has emerged from you inserting your flash drive, listen to what this guy above adviced,, go to device manager and resolve the conflict, or disable the device, ie DVD drive, renable it and re install the driver for it from the company/manufacturer's website Ok
