Hey folks, I found another one 'Zifa' I think it means unknown but I have no idea what gender it belongs to. Anyone got any idea about the gender of Zifa. . . (lol @ gender) Sounds unisex though if you put the meaning into consideration.
heard of Zifa too but methinks its a pet name  Undecided a GF of mine bears that though we all call her "Ebitonye"

Is this girls names or boys names? I cannot tell you their meanings because unfortunately my parents forgot to teach me Okrika.

For the girls (and some unisex)

Tonye
Sotonye
Nimi (Music, I think)
Iso
Indira
Achase (with what?) (a paraphrase of Achase Tamuno Boma - with what shall I praise the Lord?)
Selema
Ibiene
TamunoIbi  (God is good)
Ibime or Ibiso depending on your part of Ijaw  (I am good or I am well)
Ibilate
Belema
Biebele
Sodienye
Boma   (Praise)

etc, etc. . . more to come

As for hardcore boys names, the ones that always make me laugh are:

Mpakaboari
Wariboko
Sosepriala

Okrika is also Bo, not Gbo.

Bo wa teke - come let's pray

Bo ye fe - come let's eat
