This discussion is becoming interesting. Imagine what the family member is saying. It is true the GM H/R was sacked. The lady is an expat of African origin. What a pity for the lady. I will post her farewell message to all staff for you all to read.

Her own case is even ok,imagine a widow oversseing training section in the H/R dept. This woman was sacked by this heartless man. For what reason? Because she is doing her job. This man came in one day and met people ready to go on training. He asked what they are going for and they replied training. The next thing he did was to order the sack of the training manager for according to him''spending his money on training''. The woman doesn't approve money, neither pay training centres. What she does is to get training schedule for staff and request for money from finance.

If this man can do this to a widow He begged few months back to leave her former job, then you can imagine the devil living in his heart.

Here is the GM H/R farewell message to all the staff.

Dear all

As you might be aware, my season at Arik Air has come to an end.

I would like to use this medium to appreciate you for your support and cooperation during my time as GM, Human Resources.

Over the last two years, Arik has been through many challenges but have overcome them because of your sheer determination, hard work and commitment to your duties. I believe Arik Air will maintain the Number One position if you continue to do what is right, irrespective of your ‘new experience’.

I wish you all the best in your respective careers at Arik Air. Wherever we may meet in the future, may we all have cause to celebrate our progress in life.

God’s guidance and protection be over us all.

Farewell!

Regards

Former, GM Human Resources

Hmh no wonder i was not so disturbed when i missed their call for an interview last thursday.
Dear pals, much unlike me i had a programme in the church on that day and forgot at home.
but when i came back i had to call all the numbers i discovered one to be arik, after much rffort to
speak with the HR i was told it was too late.
Guess what i did i went on my knees and said Let You Will Be Done. no more no less.
I am highly hopeful, and i say to all The Best is Yet To Come.

so many things are not right in arik, most esspecially job security there s no job security here and asides that some disgruntled elements black goats i would call them have taken it upon themselves to act as if they own the company and treat their colleagues like idiots but all the while forgetting that they are in the same boat with others and canb be sacked at any moment.
the man employs his relatives every where and they are busy running ddown the business for him.well arik will come and go and we would remain the good thing is that they are training us.

"Don`t name Names, shhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!". "We don`t know who might be reading this", "This site is not anonymous". I can`t read of any better way to encourage these evil ones to carry on with their wrong deeds. Has goatmeat not risked it all already? I salute your courage, Comrade.
Tamedu and others u think you are patriotic, so was Osama Bin Laden. At least he had the gut to come out boldly to express himself, while you have chosen to keep quiet and shut others down  too.
Goatmeat, blow the biggle and let the wall of Jericho fall.
