Yes dead (If thats what you've been waiting all day to hear).

And for them to come alive again. They'll need total rebranding. I have a good concept to make them resurface. But damn! Its useless if i can't talk to the BOSS. Then we talk B2B.

Valucard has been replaced by Vpay (a Visa-backed payment network). See www.valucardnigeria.com

vpay is equally dead. u can hardly see their POS machines anywhere. its interswitch almost every where u go.

their best bet for survival is to merge with interswitch

You're wrong. Vpay Nigeria is relatively new thus their not being as widespread as InterSwitch. InterSwitch is a local thing while Vpay ATM have the potential to receive international Visa cards. The two are different and cannot merge.
