Which Certifications?

Which certification is good enough to get one started somewhere.
I am OCA but I still feel there can be something I can add to it to make me hotter to employers.
Should I complete it or get a CCNA.
Advice is welcome.

What are your career aspirations?  The certification you take depends entirely on that!
