Yes, as soon as you come out of the airport in Lagos you see them at their desk. They are all registered with the airport, so I should think safe to use. They take you to wherever you want to go in Nigeria. Expensive though, so be prepared. If you need a car for a couple of weeks you can arrange with any cab driver in your town of residence.

You can rent a car when u step out the airport but if the taxi driver know u coming in from jand he is going to charge u more and remember to remove ur travel tags on ur bags just incase police stop points.
Or ask ur people to arrange a car to come pick u up.

ofcourse you will be able to rent a car but why rent a car in lagos airport? that will be so expensive.
