@adewasco

You need to upgrade from 512MB RAM to 1 or 2 GB RAM that supports MS Vista. You also need to clean up your system performance as follow below:

1. Start button

2. Click All Program

3. Select Accessories

4. Select System Tools

5. Select Disk Cleanup, it will prompt a dialog message scanning your system, then check all check boxes to hit "OK". The dialog message of Disk Cleanup will disappear itself DONE!

6. Reboot your system to refresh your performance optimized better.

Therefore your system will not cluttered slowly!!!

@fellybabe

I see your scan result of Trend Micro HijackThis v2.0.2 Logfile but i am not sure finding which infected files are. I think at below: (maybe i am wrong)

BHO: (no name) - {7C109800-A5D5-438F-9640-18D17E168B88} - C:\Program Files\NetProject\sbmdl.dll

Extra context menu item: E&xport to Microsoft Excel - res://C:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~2\Office10\EXCEL.EXE/3000
Extra button: (no name) - {9034A523-D068-4BE8-A284-9DF278BE776E} - http://www.dwnldietool.com/redirect.php (file missing)

Extra 'Tools' menuitem: IE Anti-Spyware - {9034A523-D068-4BE8-A284-9DF278BE776E} - http://www.dwnldietool.com/redirect.php (file missing)

Plugin for .spop: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Plugins\NPDocBox.dll

Try to follow the step by step at below:

1. download CCleaner and SpywareBlaster and install them.

2. Make Windows to show all files:

3. Go to Start> My Computer

4. Go to Tools menu, click Folder Options

5. Uncheck Hide protected operating system files.

6. Then, click to select the option Show hidden files and folders.

7. Click Apply and then click OK to exit.

Reboot in Safe Mode:-

8. Restart (or switch ON) the PC.

9. Then, keep tapping the F8 Key.

10. From the menu that will be displayed, out of which choose Safe Mode and press Enter.

11. Run HijackThis and click Do only a System scan. Then put a check mark in front of below listed entries:- [where I, USPRY1, mentioned infected virus files on blue text color]

12. Close all other open programs except Hijackthis and click the button Fix Checked in HijackThis.

13. Exit from HijackThis. Delete this file:-
[where I, USPRY1, mentioned infected virus files on blue text color]

14. Run CCleaner, click "Options" button and here go to "Advanced" tab and uncheck the option "Only delete files in Windows Temp folder older than 48 hours".

15. Click OK to exit from the Options. Finally click "Run Cleaner" and click "OK" to continue cleaning.

16. Reboot to Normal Mode. Run HijackThis again, click Do a System scan and save log, and post the fresh log.
