Though, MCSE 2003 exams still exist which I have Materials for. Now I don't know whether to continue with MCSE 2003 with my materials or wait for the MCTS ( I have ebook for Window Vista which is one of the MCTS)and MCITP? I need your Adevice

Not until they have certified specialists in those fields. MCTS and MCITP are new courses!!

Any Prometric or VUE centers in Nigeria are able to deliver MCTS and MCITP exams. An authorised test center have already gone through the necessary requirements to deliver certification exams (mainly through a business prequalification)on behalf of either prometric or vue and have no need to have any staff certified for a particular exam before they are able to deliver these. Once a new exam on a new delivery platform comes out, test centeres are normally required to upgrade their hardware (where required) to meet the delivery requirements of the new exams, For example when Cisco introduced simulation in their exams some years back, prometric test centers then were required to upgrade their CPU, RAM and screen size to a designated specification before they were able to deliver the specific simulation-based Cisco exams. Check www.prometric.com and www.vue.com for list of test centers in Nigeria. I'll suggest you take the certs that correlate with the technology you currently work with or have been studying. Either of both are ok as MCSE is still very much relevant and employers would still be demanding these for a while to come. Regards.
