R.kelly's Trial - Guilty Or Not Guilty

First i'll start by saying i'm a big fan of r.kelly, but i think this dude need to shut up the hell up. How can he say he's not the one in the video. I watched the video so many times when it came out and i thought it was so freaking disgusting. Although the little girl was a hoe herself, that does not mean he had to sleep with her, i mean she was 13 years old and to top it up, after molesting the young girl he gave her the golden shower - pissed on her.
Personally i think they need to put his ass in jail, what do you guys think?

Seeing as this is Nairaland and some people will not have second thoughts on sleeping with an underage girl you might not get many responses. However, R. Kelly was involved with Aaliyah when she was still fifteen so there is a history. . . but the girl knew what she was getting herself into and was not uncomfortable. Now it rests on the fact that b/c R.Kelly was older he should have been wiser or that some states have 15 years as the age of consent.

I haven't seen the video but I have been on Nairaland and though hard to believe some men just have a thing for under 18. When they hear barely legal they get too excited. The thing that is funny is that R. Kelly screwed himself over with the video proof, had that not been there it would end up as a he said she said, he's a pervert she's a tramp. But now its an he said we saw. While hear say is not admissible in court video proof is.

Well, I think they should both be locked up. . Before, I used to be like 'R.kelly never forced her, she knew what she was doin and all that' but I thought about it, yes the chick obviously agreed to it because where did she even meet him anywayz? R.kelly is a star and he's not somebody you'D just find on the street so I think they obviously planned it out, kind of like a contract. R.kelly would be like 'you'D give me a bj and I'll piss on u and u get paid' and d chick agreed. But it was very wrong of r.kelly do that. The girl being a d slut or not, he shld never have did that. He has a daughter too, I believe and I know he wldn't like anybody doin that to his daughter either. Let's be honest tho, lots of American girls do stuff like that even worse with their boyfriends. It's only made a big deal of because R.kelly is a star. From what I heard, it's d girl's parents that brought d case to court, that stuff happened over 5 years ago, she didn't tell them all this time.she shldnt be less than 18 now. That shows she aint innocent because she wlda told em from the on-set. I used to be for kells all this while because I was a big fan(I still am but not like that anymore) but honestly, none of em is innocent but more was expected of from kells. So like I said, both of their asses shld be locked up, if anybody is gettin locked up. You don't need a judge to tell u that. The parents obviously wants money but if the chick aint complainin, they(the girl and kells) shld both be left alone. Am gettin tired of their damn court trials, bs!

He does not deserve jail I have seen the video that child had sexual skills most grown women don't have.  She knew what she was doing she was enjoying what she was doing.  

Its her parents who should be locked up allowing her to be so loose.

It reminds me of that Dave Chappelle piece on Kellz it was mad funny. i want to pee in your food this guy is guilty jare but i don't think he should go to jail he should just be made to pay through his nose.These old folks should leave these girls for us
