Please Help To Solve My Problems

1) i always get an error message each time i open a web page i.e runtime error!

2)  i cannot access my task manager
   each time i press ctrl+ alt+del a message come up that task manager has been disabled by your administrator

3) i cannot run msconfig, etc  on run command

please help

Seems more like a virus attack to me [Internet Explorer Errors]
A complete scan with an updated vdef db would get rid of the virus,
but little changes would have been made!

The attached files will enable registry editing which may also be disabled and the Task Manager!
Msconfig outsourced from another XP installation is also attached,
Extract and have it stored at "%windir%\pchealth\helpctr\binaries"

u need to to get a brontok vb script to clean ur system because u have a virus when i get it i will attach for u soon
