damisco87, i am aware that the computer is rejecting your scratch card , see try this logic, if the pin number of the card is 14 digit, ignore the last two digit, i.e enter only 12 digit out of the 14 digit, and for the serial, if the serial is not having zeros before the digit,put three(3) zeros before the digits, i am sure it will work that way,
