Having said there's astounding evidence to show that excess body weight is a predisposing factor to many diseases so whatever your size,eat healthy and exercise. We can't all be size 1. I'm not But let's not send the message that a big person should not seek to be of a healthier weight with the tremendous benefits it has. |

the way a person feel is all about their self esteem and self confidence. It's mainly being comfortable with ourselves and not caring what others think.
My mother never punished me growing up but my dad was very strict (his African teachings) He wasn't afraid to beat me with anything his hand catch. It's b/c of my dad why I am a strong woman. Right now, I am 142lbs and I don't care less if some sees me as fat or skinny.
