Before you upload your new photo, be sure to resize your photo from 1024x640 to 512x320 or 256x160 using your image editor such as Photoshop, Microsoft Paint, Corel Paint Shop Pro, any other image editor software.
Go back click "PLEASE UPDATE YOUR PROFILE" at the top of your Nairaland toolbar, under the "edit your profile", you have to upload your photo at empty field of "BROWSE" button.
The resized photo will reduce the large file size cutting down to 200KB or less!
