Unless if you attach LOJACK device on your stolen laptop, then your policeman or any law enforcement with technology speciality can help you retrieving your stolen laptop to be caught by thief.
I don't think so for Africa is equipped for LOJACK to be tracked by satellite authorized by the law enforcement when someone report any stolen equipments/vehicle/computer/laptop with LOJACK device.
