Abstinence, Does It Exist?

Am clear that abstinence exist both with few people because some people are making clear that they can't abstain not for even one day. I sometimes wonder why that particular commandment is hard to keep, we are all "God fearing" but at the same time our desire comes first in everything we do, be us christains, muslims, whateva we claim to believe in that self control is a difficult thing. Well it has to do with you disciplining yourself because my bro and sis it is not easy except with God on your side 

Abstinence? DEFINITELY exists!
