Can somebody please help me on how to upload a website or better still give a site where i can publish for free.

First you need to acquire web space/web host and a domain. There are plenty of domain and web space/web host services out there. Once you have your web host account setup, you will need to design a page using HTML (or other related web language). Once you have designed your page, save it as "Index.html", and upload it to your web host account. You also upload a image folder and external files for parsing data to the same HTML directory where you already upload "Index.html" originally. To up load your website, you must have to register and host the domain (the name of your website, you need to check for the availability, ) with a hosting company such as http://www.web4africa.net. Having done that, you can log-in to your account and open your site control panel, from there you can upload your file in html/htm format on the link provided for such. Then you are good to go. To upload your website u will need an Ftp account details given to you by your hosting company you will need an ftp software or better still you can use your file manager in your cpanel the step are easy
