Example Of Nigerian CV

Can someone give me a good example of how a Nigerian CV is supposed to look?

I am moving back and the resumes we use here are very different?

Do I have to include me date of birth? state of origin? secondary school attended?

Do I have to list my SSCE result on the CV?

Please let me know or someone put up a sample.

Thanks

What are you going to be moving back to do exactly? just curious.

there are some info which you shouldn't put in a CV such as religion because it may be a christian recruiting and maybe he/she doesn't like muslims and vice versa. so i do not advice you to put in religion.
same goes for nationality, especially when you are abroad because some people can be racist.
another info is REFERENCES. they should be available on request because you never know who'll start stalking your former boss and prank calling them.
