Guys, i have a little prob, a very tight frnd of mine got 199 in jamb. Is there any school that can accept him apart frm dumb schools. He's rdy to purchase the change of institution card. Does anyone knw about the card closing date? Please help

please always read and understand information before telling other. Unilorin 240 in JAMB exam and 5 credit including maths, english, bilogy, chemistry and physics in one sitting. The information is for the medicine(MBBBS) student only. Other student cut-off mark will not be more than 200.
