Hi all? Just to add that i have been using PHB for almost two years now and personally satisfied more than i ever was when i had all my cash in Zenith bank. Has anyone been to the Zone 4, Abuja Branch of Zenith? Their Customer Care lacks empathy, try them,

i really don't know why bank phb is washing its linen in public.this is not the way to improve service.now, even people that didnt know bad things about the bank will know, this topic shldnt have been restricted to bank phb but rather to all banks.you bank phb people are acting scared and desperate.i have a friend that works there and she said they even have mystery shoppers that pose as customers lookin for whom to sack, the bank shld focus on giving their workers training rather than looking for flatteries and rebuke.i have an account with them and let me advise them to focus more on their atm issues.infact, create a unit at branch level that will take care of atm problems because they are too numerous to mention.

welcome to the world of PHB possibilities DMZ, thta was the way it was during my service till NYSC graciously migrated my salary account to ecobank during the service year, we had to form a group and write a strongly worded later to the state coordinator who eventually had to move the accounts, i don't know why the force corpers to open accounts with the bode thomas PHB maybe, theyare in cahoots with some NYSC offcials, forget your allowee man, just know it will comeafter about 40days!
PHB, limitless possibilities Grin

I have my offer letter from University of Glasgow and i went to BankPhb to see what their Uk Account Loan is all about,
Here's what you need for that;

1.You need a
2.Your sponsor will submit collaterals that's equivalent to the money that they will give to you
3.You will open a UK account and deposit 10% of the total money you need
4.INTEREST RATE IS 17% PER ANNUM

It was a good option but i don't see the help they are offering poor people here, It's still for the rich!!!

Ciao!

Well during my NYSC, I noticed that every corp member that had an account always
complained of delayed payment of allowee.

I was in Lag last week for card expo and to my amazement the lady in Bank PHB
could not relate properly to me when I asked what they had for everyone.

She just played their promos (the ones we see on TVs) how sad

it seems bank PHB is fighting back, recruiting people to come to this forum to make bogus claims about satisfaction. You can't help but notice that people like nacc and co who say the like PHB are newly registered, its usuallt their 1st post or the 2nd one, abeg, the people here know the truth, so so many people can't be wrong, these arent just isolated cases, its becoming a trend.I'D advise them to work on it, the adverts can only fool people for a time. Banking in Nigeria is only successful with the BIG and MAJOR players. If you have the money, you can throw it around in CSR and other stuff. But when you’re still scrambling for deposits like some banks in Nigeria, u can't be advertising on CNN and throwing money around like that.

The bigger banks just need to broaden their view, know that leave-off local competition, act locally but think globally, be the exact representation of themselves, improve the quality of their Human Resource and not the shallow Human Resource we have in most banks in Nigeria, have a huge IT investment, have an eye for REAL business initiatives and opportunities and not just chase government funds, help in the Nigerian economy diversification by locating areas to raise to the limelight and this eye for investment (and not just oil money), will give an edge.

99% of Nigerian banks are not thinking they are just chasing. What will make a customer refuse other offers but seek to invest his/her future in your hands no matter what, is what you have been able to invest in your Human resource not by forcing work on them but by doing the work. When they see and excellent management system, they'D follow suit and belong. The work becomes theirs and they have a sense of ownership and management.

This is of course will go a long way to tell on the success or failure of an organization.

Cheers

I operate a Saving Account with them but sincerely speaking have not entered any branch of BankPHB before. All I use is there ATM card which was posted to me through a dispatch rider n I send my Relationship Officer to Collect my PIN Number for me.I Use their ATM card frequently and am delighted with Them.So if na their e-banking product they are fair. You will wonder how i deposit into my Account, I either send someone to deposit it for me or do an Internet transfer. But if u are considering  opening an Account, I will advised You to Opt for GTBank because to me They give You the freedom n access to your Account any where without stress. Their Internet Banking [GTBank] is the best in Nigeria [My Experience with them prove that].
