On a flight yesterday the person beside me said he was afraid of flying. HE kept taking something I think is sleeping pills but he did not fall asleep. We conversed which seemed to help. So may be talking to someone helps. I personally like to fly.

all of you are just giving one experience or the other. i'm sure most of you have not even been to the airport before. any way i have travelled once to abuja from lagos and that was the only time i travelled by air. the fright depends on your state of mind. you are very afraid when you love your life too much and your state of mind is very negative.  just calm down while on board, pretend that you are in your sitting room watching tv. ease yourself completely. if the plane will crash, it will definitely crash. that depends on Gods decision, no matter what prayer you pray. those that died in the recurring plane crashes a few months ago. Most of them must have prayed, shouted done everything, in fact pastors must have been among them, but the plane still had to crash, soooo you have no business being afraid.
