could anyone that knows Agbopa area of Ibadan give me an insight to the area and also give an idea of how much a plot of land goes for there.Thanks

I am interested in buying land at ibadan too,if anyone has an idea of plots of land that is less than a million and the location and moreso if one can just take like 2 drops to UCH from the location of the land.
