Luis Felipe Scolari Is The New Chelsea Manager According To Some English Papers!

"After a long and exhaustive search, Chelsea have reportedly found their new manager, and according to the Daily Mail it is none other than Luiz Felipe Scolari.

Apparently, details of the contract were finalised last week 'in one of the best-kept secrets in football history'.

The Mail believes that Scolari has been the favourite to succeed Avram Grant all along and the fact that an announcement has not yet been made points to the Portugal national team coach being the obvious appointment."
