If you have sex everyday,you are killing yourself gradually because healthwise its not the best for Nigerians who have enormous problems to cope with,is it the daily work stress we should talk about or the financial stand and even the issue of diet ,do we eat what we want or what we can afford.
when you deposit you semen everyday do you eat rich foods that restore them back?
Medically you can have sex at least 3times a week if in quest of pregnancy but for pleasure i dont know mind you be wise about it because having sex everyday can make you get older speedily i think.
Medically people that are sexually active are prone to certain disease in future such as BPH [benign prostate hypertrophy ]    due to hyperstimulation of the postrate because it contributes  secretions to the sperm to make it semen.
