Help With Some Advise please.

i am thinking about taking either the NIM or the CIPM, i am a graduate of political science and public admistration and presently with a stock broking firm as a registrar, and would like a career in management and development. please does any one know which is better and will stand the test of time. and i will love to get recent info on both exams, when the next registration will commence, payment and exams syllabus.
