Investment Procedures In Nigeria

Hi,

Can someone please tell me the procedures that will need to be fullfilled if one needs to bring in an investor into nigeria.

I've tried NIPC website, but it has been off for sometime now. I will realy like some very good tips (procedures). Also NIPC contacts will do fine.
