The event which takes place on August 12th, 2006 at the prestigious Tawes Theatre in College Park, Maryland is hosted by TV Personality Charles Divins of NBC's Passions and UPN's Half and Half. Charles can also been seen in numeral national TV commercials including the current commercial for Nissan, and Olivia and 50 Cent's new video for Best Friends.
