FAST, CONVENIENT AND AFFORDABLE STUDY IN RUSSIA - 2008/09 ACADEMIC YEAR

THE RUSSIAN ACADEMIC YEAR.
The Russian Academic Year comprises of Two (2) Semesters. The School Year (1st semester) commences on the 1st of September and closes in late January. This is followed by two weeks (short) holidays.
The 2nd semester opens in Mid-February and closes in late June for the University holidays (July – August).
Please Note that RUSSIAN STUDENTS VISA takes 3 MONTHS

BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS.
On arrival at the University of choice, each student is expected to present the following documents:
•   An Application Form;
•   Secondary/High School Certificate (Original) stating Credits obtained and Subjects studied;
•   A Medical Certificate (Original) confirming no AIDS;
•   A Medical Certificate (Original) confirming no Contradiction to studying in the Russian Federation;
•   Photocopy of International Passport;
•   11 passport photos, 4 x 6 cm;
•   Birth Certificate (Original and legal Copy).

Undergraduate & postgraduate Courses available in Medicine/Medical Sciences, Engineering/Technology, Social Sciences, Natural Sciences & Humanities/Arts.
