please. Doc. Someone Needs Ur Help

please. a colleague and very close friend of mine is afraid that she might be pregnant. Thou its too early to ascertain that but she said that she is seing the symptons. Went for test a yesterday but was Neagtive/positive (Thou quite early to detect) said d Doc. that she has to come back in a week time to conduct another test.
But she is quite scared of actually being pregnant, so a family friend suggested this to her.
There is an injection she would take thus discontinuing the formation of the baby at this early stage if she is actually pregnant.
My question to the doctors is how true is the above solution.
