How To Create A New Topic

cant find the new topic button too,

i wanted to know why some of my replies are deleted when what i do others do and nothing happens to their post.

i mean say for example i include a website in my reply or ask to be called,

why?

am a genius , too much u see wat you simply do is to type in a blank info and send .it will return back as error and you see the subject page blank ,
