Some subscbribers have started developing there land in Phase 1. Diamond Estate Phase 1, is the first initiative of Pretoria Atlantic Properties Ltd in partnership with Maybach Strategic Services and Diamond Estate Phase 2 is the second initiative. Land have been allocated to the subscribers of Phase 1 but Phase 2 subscbribers will get there Letter of Allocation this month, only subscribers that complete is payment will get letter of allocation in the first batch.
There is no time limit to commence work on your land after allocation but you will be encouraged to commence work immediately to control weeds. Also in a case where the land is left unkept, the developer will enter on the land to keep it tidy and expenses incurred will be transferred to you.
Pretoria Atlantic Properties Ltd has initiated the process of getting a C of O but the estate is on a registered survey with the Land bureau in Ogun State.
The 5% discount is consider for outright payment only.
Security is priorty, there will 24 hours surveillance security men on patrol, plus there will be perimeter fencing and solar street lighting for the whole estate.
The estate layout has been so well planed into zones based on the type of structure to be built such as;
Bungalows (grouped together) Fully detached 1 storey buildings Block of 4 flats Multi-storey buildings between 3 to 5 storey
The essence of zoning is to maintain a healthy flow for the residents with each zone. Plots have been marked out for the following;
Hospital Schools Sport / Recreational grounds Corner shops Filling Station Mini Fire Service point Hotel Security

Mr. Tonidol, i have answered all posts on stockmarketnigeria.com the reason i don't post regularly on stockmarketnigeria.com is because the website don't generate traffic like Nairaland.com, for instant the last post on stockmarketnigeria.com was dated 3rd September 2008 10:27 AM by faoogoke on Nigerian Real Estate subpage.
My first post on Stockmarketnigeria.com was perfect but the respond from Prince Dagbolu was bogus, he quoted " Whoever is advertising this for sale. Have you considered giving members of this site 20% discount? Especially now that cash liqidity is an issue " i feel like there are phony people on stockmarketnigeria.com but i still reply to posts over there.

Who said that Diamond Estate is fraud? This is totally untrue because I bought from that Estate with my friends in England. Have a look in the Punch newspaper of last week, you will see the advert there and they have even started allocation as advertised in the newspaper. I have two plots in phase 1 which I bought for N400k five months ago.
Please, it is wrong to label something or anybody as fraud without sufficient and substantiated evidence. In England, you could be charged with smearing someone's image.
