I doubt your genuineness . I bought phase 1 and i paid in full  since last year and i have not received any allocation. I have all the receipts. They kept saying they will get back to me or call me since 2008.

Please all, don't buy into their scheme. I can post receipts online and you will see the dates and everything. I will get my money back if the allocation thing is not done.

Thanks for your post, I understand your complaint, I'm empathic about this, but for the benefit of other subscribers and others that read your post, I have to say this.

Firstly, it is very possible that If you have not pay for survey and documentation, that means developer will not allocated land to you no matter how long you have made payment  for the land.

Secondly, it is very possible that if you have paid totally amount for the land and also you have paid for survey and documentation, and land have not been allocated to you, then, the developer have not meet up the number of people they will allocate land to, because they allocate land in batches of 50 to 100 plots that means 50 to 100 people.

I want the whole world to know that you very poster, did not buy land from me, and if you buy Diamond Estate from me, proof yourself  those that bought land from me in Diamond Estate are paying instalmentally and those that have finished payment for the land, and also paid for survey plan and  documentation having gotten allocation.

I also have clients that bought sherry view garden, they have also gotten allocation land and allocation paper, also in Golden Heritage Estate, we have clients that bought land and they have started erection of their houses on their allocated lands.

I don't know you or your agent, but you know how you bought your land, so please go to your agent and sort this with him or her.

Good evening sir, thanks for your post, there is a revision in price on Phase 2, price now N700,000.00, I suppose to have change the price but i forgot, its still on sale, considering the last time i updated the thread because i was waiting for respond from the one who allege me wrongfully, after a few post from the day he allege me.

Now further more, some clients who bought and paid up to 75% down payment, now have there letter of allocation without paying for survey and documentation, including some of my client, PRETORIA ATLANTIC are trying there best in delivery of services to our clients.

Don't bother about SPRUMBABA, he may just be looking for the fact, I don't think that is bad, we should just learn how to paint people because someone integrity and reputation is just at stake, in this human race to survive because someone somewhere we paint you too, depend on the color you are presently painting others, always remember God is always on the throne, watching and rulling in just and truth, I will cheat no one but don't cheat me.
