How Would You Confront Your Neighbour Of Their Noisy Romp?

I live next door to these two single sisters in a very quiet neighbourhood, I mean it is so quiet that at night if you listened carefully you could hear someone living 2 houses away fart!!! 

But the case of these sisters is just getting right on my nerves, one of them just started dating this Jamaican guy and they can get EXTRA noisy when they are having sex, it has been going on for about 3 weeks now. It so serious that I have to leave my T.V on max volume to bed. It gets particular embarrassing when I have friends over; we just laugh our heads off.

I talk to them on a neighbourly level and in the mornings whenever I try to confront them i get tongue-tied (I don’t even know which is which).
So guys, help me out here.

How would you go about it without prying?
Can I leave them a note?

 
I swear, honestly i was close to doing just that yesterday, i was like common guys, give me a break; it is not even the weekend yet!!!!

Anyways,  i think the best way to go by it, is call 911 and tell them, that u think your neighbour needs helps, tell them that she's choking. or something.

When 911 gets there, u'll tell your neighboud that u tot she was choking, so u decided to help her. U didn't know she was having sex THAT LOUD!

If u think that's too much,  BANG ON THE DOOR, and Say,  LEAVE HER ALONE. Im gonna call 911. Keep banging, and yell u stupid man, leave her alone. Ask the girl, are u okay?? Are u okay, should i call 911.

U think that's a bit too crazy, Call your neighbour and tell her to give u techniques on how to have wild sex like she does. She'll get embarrased and know that she makes too much noise.

Dont like that one too? Okay here's the thing, tell her your lil cousin was at your place for the night, and the girl couldnt stop asking what the noise was, so could she pls keep it low, so that u wont have to go thru lotsa explaination with your 5 years old cousin.
