I feel like I'm wandering,
drifting at sea
looking for something
oh, what can it be?
With the sun in the sky,
and the moon awaitig it's turn
my life floats on by
aching, what is this something I yearn?
Have I found it, is it you
who can save me from drifting
or must I say adieu
and keep wandering and wishing...

I don't even know what you do to me
But it feels so good
You take over my body
Like no one ever could
I've never felt this way before
I never want it to end
If feels so good the way it takes

You don't even have to touch me

It lifts up my day
As if I am a bird

Of both pain and joy
And when you do you'll tell me

Shattered, broken, splintered, fractured
The trinkets all fell from my Xmas tree
Did I see it happen or was it merely mentioned
I’m a bit confused, I feel lost at sea

On a cold winter night
With kids about in their colourful scarves
Shrieking with joy, moulding snow for a fight
On the night that hope was carved, the night a dream was stabbed

I saw my love, the one to whom I was promised
Did I see it happen or was it merely imagined
She stepped off the train elegant in all her splendour
He had a jacket waiting to complete the glamour
I stood as if transfixed, perhaps I really was

Not a casual greeting, No, not a friendly kiss
This is blatant passion, this is smouldering heat
Stepping back behind the closing door, as the train made to pull
I watched them fade away, I saw them hand in hand
What were they all doing, staring at my feet
Oh, it's only my heart, I said, as I bent to pick the pieces.

Staring at my wall for comfort
I could not help but think
He had said it was over, he had said she was gone
He knew I would be there, yet he bade her come
Still clutching the pieces, I resolved to myself
Never again, No, Never again!
