You know our country is turning to something else for the educated and skilled. The job u got is well paid job I believe. I advice u continue with the job for you need more experience as journey just enter labour institute u are; experience is the best teacher you know and will take you to better offers in future.
Please, dam the masters for now and face the job fully to be more exposed on-the-job
Job/experience should always come first whislt masters at a later date.
experience + masters = current salary *2 (wild assumption) masters alone = normal graduate salary
some masters like engineering cannot be taught in the evening because of lab et al so u might need a day off or so if you plan to combine the two. I was lucky enough to get a company that paid for my masters and allowed me to work only 4 days a week on full pay for 2 years
