i purchased 2 and half plots in Jos, Plateau State for about 200,000 Naira thats roughly 125 X 125 feet, pretty good investmenet for a youngbuc such as myself I will not bother purchasing land in my village for iam a son of that soil and due to one day recieve my inheritance  |

you can only get a land so cheap in small town vilages, go to big city's like Warri, Ph e.t.c the price would be killer

The niger delta isnt as bad as the way the media potrays it, But to buy a land they you have to settle alot of people youth area boyz, you want to fence the land you have to go through the process again.

1 acre of land is 43,560 square feet, 1 plot is 50 X 50 feet or 2500 sq. feet, therefore their are about 4.? plots of land in an acre Or a little over 4 plots in an acre, |

Actually, you can get 8 standard plots (50' x 100') from an acre. Some will even squeeze 9 ,
