Medical Management Career

Hello! I graduated with an M.B.B.S. 7 years ago and have worked in private hospitals since then. In the last three years, I've worked as a clinic manager and I'm presently doing an MBA program. I'm looking for opportuinties to expand my horizons in the medical field in the area of admin. My obvious career choices wiould be in public institutions, oil companies, the telecoms industry, no more private practise. Does anyone have any ideas on how I could break in. Thanks
