My Ipod inner screen is broken, So i couldn't see anything, Can it be repaired?

I researched online using google. Found it.

Yes, Ipod LCD screen can be repaired by replaced them. Ship it to the USA with accompanied payment required that is varied from $39.00 to $150.00 USD dollars for part plus labor included.

I do not know about UK or Africa Ipod repair service over there.
