I used version 8.1 type of yahoo messenger,througout last week and this week too each time i login,the environment can't open.how can i rectify this problem?
the problem occured when NEPA light went off,and all the work i did went off too.when i restarted my messenger again, it could'nt come up again.
2) I wanted to installed messenger too,but i found out that the installation process can not go through.how can i rectify this too?

Try installing another version of yahoo messenger may be version 9
and the problem will be solved.
