Some Of Pastor E.A Adeboye's Testimonies
« on: June 18, 2008, 03:31 PM »

Please READ these testimonies given by the General Overseer (GO) of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye and PRAY accordingly!!! Be blessed as you read.

(GO) A woman brought her child. That child would probably be between 9 and 10. And said this child had never spoken before “please pray for this child. (GO) I laid my hand on this child and I said, In the Name of Jesus and the child said 'Amen!' I have not prayed yet! I just said: In the Name of Jesus! And the child that had never spoken before said 'Amen! I nearly jumped out of the window. The mother was on the floor rolling! That kind of miracle that will make you roll on the ground for joy God will give you this year! (Amen!)

(GO) Once upon a time when I was a lecturer in one University I won't mention which one; there was a particular man who was not promoted for 12 years because somebody hid his file. But when his time came there was a change of Head of Department and the new Head of Department said I want to see the file of everybody in my Department. They searched and searched until finally they dug it out where somebody hid it. Your file that had been hidden by the enemy shall be brought out this year. (Amen!) And they discovered this man should have been promoted at least twice and they gave him double promotion.

(GO) I was invited to Port Harcourt , Nigeria . Full Gospel Business men had a program, they asked me to come and preach. When I finished the first preaching that night one man came and said sir, my wife is sick, in hospital; please could you come and pray for her. So we made arrangement for the following day. The following day we went there. The wife had been completely helpless on the sick bed, she could not even turn but I prayed for her and the one who had not been able to even talk escorted me to the door! I didn't come to Port Harcourt for this man! I came for a program, heaven was just passing by and this man tapped into it! Heaven is passing by tonight, somebody is going to tap into it and your sickness will disappear. If you believe that let me hear you say 'Amen!' (Amen!)

(GO) A sister came to one of the Programs in Ebute Metta, Lagos years ago, and the Word came just as it is coming now that there is a sister whose mother didn't want her to marry. That if the mother does not release her, Mama herself will be buried within 7 days. A Word just came like that and I announced it. I don't know which sister was concerned. The following day the sister came with the mother. The mother was very furious. That's the way you stupid prophets spoil the head of our girls, telling my daughter that I will die because I didn't allow her to marry. I said me? Sister Did I say that? She said the prophecy that came yesterday. What God said is that there is a sister here Did I mention your name? I said Mama don't mind her, nobody mentioned her name!! She was just claiming what is not her own. The mother said, oh-oh is that so? She said, all right. She asked the lady to go out and the lady went out and she said Pastor, but is it true that the mother will die? I said I'm not talking about you oh I'm not talking about you, but what God told me is going to come to pass, so if you are the one – and I'm not saying it is you – before the week runs out whoever it is, is going to be buried. Ehhhh, I'm not asking her not to marry but who is going to take care of me after. I said Mama that's simple; I can tell her and tell the husband to take good care of you. I will make them promise. That's if she can marry. Within 6 months, this girl who was almost 40 years old and nobody had looked in her direction before there is somebody here today, anybody who says you will not marry will not see the end of January because loneliness must end!

(GO) I went to visit a family and at that time I didn't know that the woman of the house was a number one witch and that she had reached an agreement with her husband in the spirit realm that of every two children born one will die one will survive. And there was this little girl that she had given birth to. She was one of those that were to die. In fact that was the day that the girl was to die. We didn't know at that time so we went there to greet the family and as I was about to leave that girl stretched forward towards me. She was at the back of the mother stretched out, stretched towards me in such a manner as I had not option other than to carry the child. We were to learn later that this child never, never allows anyone else to carry her. But something told the girl, you are dying today unless just stretched towards me so I carried the girl and I prayed. I didn't know what I was doing: Father bless this child, keep sickness away from her, keep death away from this child …. And the yoke was broken! It wasn't long after that when the mother began to confess: I killed this one, I killed this one, I killed this one, I killed this one – the day I was to kill this one he this troublesome pastor came by and took the child from me. Today every one of you that the enemy had decided death for I cancel that one in Jesus' Name! (Amen!)

(GO) There's a young man that had been coming from America again and again to testify. When I first met him, old as he was, he was always weeping like a baby. He's married; he's got children but he's always weeping! My wife used to say before you begin to weep again – don't start oh! Because he had known so much sorrow. The father left home when he was a child … one sorrow after the other but now it is one miracle after the other. He was telling his church people, because he's a Pastor, he said, some how since I met Pastor Adeboye it's one miracle after the other! One miracle after the other!

(GO) We went to a Holy Ghost Service in Kaduna , Nigeria and I wanted to go to the toilet while the choir was singing and there was this brother who was an usher standing somewhere near the toilet. So he greeted me and I shook hands with him. I didn't know he was rejoicing. So I went to the toilet. Apparently he has told the other ushers. … he shook my hand, he shook my hand! When I was coming back there were about half a dozen of them! So I shook hands with them. I didn't know that one of them had received one before – he shook my hand the second time and he put his hand in his pocket. He got home and he told the wife who had been barren for years bring your stomach, the GO shook my hand 2 times! 9 months later the baby came. Your hands will be blessed tonight! (Amen!) I say Your hands will be blessed tonight! (Amen!)

I have heard Pastor Adeboye's testimonies so many times (on air when I am less busy as my legs would never step the Redemption camp till I die) and that has led me to the conclusion that those who still attend his shop, sorry church are gullible.

He it was who said he drove a car from Abuja to Lagos without fuel because he told 'daddy' he is going to do his work during a period of acute fuel scarcity. Pray, what is the connection between religion and technology?

He also recounted how he told 'daddy' that America is too cold when he was about going to the US. Of course God granted that request too and that state has never been hot as during his visit.

He also recounted how his car came face to face with a trailer on a narrow bridge and he told 'daddy' to save him. His car flew over the trailer while the driver exclaimed!

I don't know the motive of fyneguy, maybe he believes those lies he quoted or he just wanted the world to know the folly and jest which religion has been turned to. I would continue to assert that God cannot be mocked. Even the intellectuals that were supposed to be more reasonable would go about peddling these lies in their quest to become pastors and deacons. We would all be there on judgment day and we would witness how the supposedly mightiest would fall.

For me and some others of the orthodox faiths, reason would prevail over arrant lies. I rest my case.

Why should God punish him? For asking questions especially in this period and time pentecostal pastors are doing magic to grab followers that will sustain their expensive lifestyles? I'm not condemning Adeboye, all am saying is that God does not reason like us and if you care so much, you can give him/her the right answers in form of  a rebuttal and not threatening him with fire and brimstone. My problem with RCCG is that the members kind of idolize Adeboye so much that I will not be surprsied if they equate him to God someday.

Are you sure Pastor Adeboye said those things because they look like excerpts from a movie.

Car flying over trailer, Car moving on empty tank,  State becoming hot for Adeboye; What of the other Xtians in that state who were made uncomfortable, Like Benny Hinn coming to Nigeria and It starts snowing in Lagos because Benny hinn can not stand the heat.

Well I have my opinion about the GO, since I noticed him to be frolicking with OBJ and his cohorts when redemption camp

was turned to some form of PDP mecca/ Jerusalem where those corrupt govs meet.

How many times did OBJ mount the pulpit to deceive the already impoverished people of Nigeria in the same redemption camp?

If a religious leader like the GO can't stand up to OBJ or excommunicate him from the redeemed fold, what hope do we have?

Traditional rulers come to redemption camp with their fully Jazzed/Juju regalia.

fineguy or whatever u're called, you believe in your heart that all these can never be possible and that till, you die you will never step Redemption camp, fine. For you to believe and even experience the awesome power of God, I stand on the authority of the Almighty God and I join my faith with Pastor Adeboye's to announce to you that very very soon you will have cause to visit that Camp ground for any reason whatsoever and then you will know that the god of this world has blinded your eyes of understanding and that a great gap exists between technology and the One that gave men the technological insight.

Instead of telling the guy to shut his mouth up why don't you come up with evidence to prove that that pastor is actually telling the truth? It's easy to get worked up when you feel powerless and can't face the truth. If you guys are so upset with Jydeboy, then I must deduce it's because u feel helpless in front of his post, or am I wrong?

I'm with you fyneguy.

People are deluded and so stuck up in their thinking that they prefer to take man's word as final over the word of God. Do they ever study their bible? No true servant of God will take glory to himself, Instead a true servant will seek to glorify God and not seek for public fame.

By posting this testimony, you are claiming that Pastor Adeboye is anointed, thereby calling him "the Christ". have you forgotten there is only one Christ, the messiah.

Pastor Adeboye's claims cannot be substantiated with scriptures

We may check out the following scriptures: Matt 24:11-12, 24-26

I'm sorry I was actually referring to jydeboy .And to others that think like him, I think it will be too costly for you to die in ignorance when somebody has paid you.Find out the real life you're supposed to live according to God's plan for humanity and review  if u're really living or just existing before the devil starts making jest of you.If you are in Christ (of which I know u're not), u will know when angels of darkness present themselves as agents of light so you don't need to be moved by who and who wrought miracles by magical power or divine power

GOD AT ANY POINT IN TIME IS READY TO DO A NEW THING AFTERALL HIS NAME IS THE "I AM THAT I AM", IF HE SPARED ADEBOYE FROM DYING BY FLYING HIS CAR OVER A TRAILER THEN HE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING BIG AFTERAL HIS NAME IS MIGHTIER THAN WHAT WE EVEN THINK HE CAN DO.
LIKE ICELAND SAID IF FOR INSTANCE GOD CAN DIVIDE THE "BEACH" INTO TWO AT LEAST WE ALL CAN IMAGINE THE DEBT, WIDTH AND LENGHT OF THE BEACH FROM GOD KNOWS WHERE TO GOD KNOWS WHERE, BUT HE DIVIDED IT INTO TWO FOR THE CHILDREN OF ISRAELITES TO PASS AND IN A LITTLE SPACE OF TIME HE DROWNED THE EGYPTIANS IN THAT SAME BEACH ONLY FOR HIS NAME TO BE GLORIFIED AND WE ALL BELIEVED IT, THEN WHY MAKING A FUSE OUT OF THE "LITTLE" HE IS BEEN DOING WITH ADEBOYE AND SOME OTHER MEN OF GOD
LETS GET REAL
WHETHER YOU ARE A MUSLIM OR A XTIAN,
GOD CAN USE ANYBODY EVEN "YOU" TO BLESS OTHERS AND TO DO UNIMAGINABLE THINGS BECAUSE HIS WAYS ARE NOT OURS

Hi Everyone,

I am not here to judge anybody but let us wait and think deeply for a moment;

What type of a pastor will so much be in  good rapport with a man like Obasanjo when we all know the woes Nigerians went through during OBJ's reign?

Well i just wonder
