Saying someone is earth's best rapper would be open ended and highly relative 'because this is based on a number of indices such lyrics, flows, consistency and a whole lot of others. I can assure you no rapper on earth would score highest in ALL. But from and outside your list, my A-class rappers are Tupac, Biggie, Nas, Rakim, Big Daddy Kane (only these come instantly to mind).
