Here is one of the ways to make your pc fast

instead of using manual method described earlier by other post, run a software program called CCLEANER NOTE "u can download it from google or CCLEANER.COM engine and it is for free of charge."

The software has features that can clean up your registry, Applications , Temporally files, and Windows as well.
It also has a feature where you can customize your start  up by removing some unnecessary start up progtams that are slowing down the system when starting up your windows.

Delete unnecessary files and videos

Run a full system scan with an updated Anti-virus

Try and uninstall  some programs that are not useful to you.

If your memory(RAM) is small try and increase it to something bigger.
