LOL. Are you talking about Lekki1? Anyway, there are mini flats in places like Sangotedo, Badore, Awoyaya on the Lekki Epe axis which still go for as low as N150k per annum, sha, if you don't mind going that far. The reason why Lekki 1 rent is so high is because of the proximity to VI and a lot of workers try to avoid the Jakande, Chevron and Ajah traffic which can be a real pain, morning and evening, every working day. So the closer to VI, the more expensive the rent. |
