THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE POST UME SCREENING EXAMINATION CAME INTO CHAIR IN 2005 BY THE IMMEDIATE MINISTER OF EDUCATION MRS CHIWE OBAJI IN MINIMISING THE FRAUDULENT AND CORRUPT PRACTISE OF THE ADMISSION PROCESS IN NIGERIA UNIVERSITIES AND UPGRADING THE STANDARD OF NIGERIA UNIVERSITIY SYSTEM FOR ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE .


SINCE THE POST UME TEST INTRODUCT BY THE FORMER MINISTER OF EDUCATION INCOLLABORATED WITH THE NATIONAL HOUSE OF ASSEMBLYIN WHICH SERIES OF NEGATIVE IMPACT HAVE BE INTRODUCE BY THE PROFESSOR AND LECTURER IN NIGERIA UNIVERSITIES.
