Need Help With Toshiba Tecra 8100 Notebook

Please guys and gurus, help me out, I reinstalled my notebook some days ago and on friday after work I try to boot it but nothing came up again only the power comes on and the hard disc keeps spinning but nothing comes on the screen at all. What can I do to solve this problem? The cafe eats my N200 an hour now.
