What kind of car. Some have tinted glass and there is nothing to do except to replace with clear glass. A cheaper alternative is to get the permit for tinted windows for 25K.

Goodluck!!

Are you guys saying it can be cleaned at all? I believe it can be cleaned, the same manufacturer  for pencil also manufactured erazer. It is chemical that is applied on the glass ,another chemical should clean up the mess.

Factory tinted glass is not an applied tint, or film.

The glass itself is actually tinted. It can't be removed.
The only way to get clear glass is to replace the lot.
Will cost more than the actual permit - besides, I didn't think a permit was required for factory light gree / brown glass?

Typical Naija logic.  Grin Grin

Oya now make you erase the tint. Like you have a yellow glass and want to change the color. Make you put am inside a big bucket of bleach!!! Grin Grin Grin

You can go to force HQ in Lagos Island. Cost is about 25K and could take about 1 week.

All the best. Wink

If the windows came OEM, the windows are coloured (sand, soda-ash colour).  There is no film applied to it.  If it isn't OEM, then whatever measures needed to seperate the film be done.
