NIGERIAN EMBASSIES ALL OVER THE WORLD DO NOT ISSUE NEW PASSPORT BUT ONLY RE-NEW IF HE NEEDS A NEW PASSPORT HE AS TO GO HOME.

thank you for the reply , they now have , i was there lastweek to apply for a new one but the service is very bad.

Na wah, so nigerian embassies don't issue, other embassies do  well some of them
