They've been beefing for over a month now or so. Well, it all started with Ice-T calling soulja boy wack and what not. Lol, it's kind@ funny to me too because the Ice-t dude is old enough to be soulja boy's father and he's beefing him, wtf! Anywayz, I know soulja boy ain't the best rapper, I call him wack myself but dagg, ice-t is forcing it. He's probably wack himself because he sure didn't make it in the music industry. If not, where is he now? Soulja boy says all he's trying to do is make some money so I think the dude needs to leave him alone. First off, soulja boy is straight out the hood and he's been through a lot with his family living in the ghetto of mississippi. He pays for his siblings' education now that he's an artiste so whether or not he's wack, point is he's making it and people out there are feeling him. There are some videos of their beef on TMZ or youtube. I watched him talk on TMZ.

On June 17, 2008, Ice T appeared on DJ Cisco's Urban Legend mixtape, speaking against Soulja Boy and Hurricane Chris in correlation of Hip-Hop's criticized status:
“mess Soulja Boy! Eat a privates! This nigga single handedly killed Hip Hop. That shit is such garbage man. We came all the way from Rakim, we came all the way from Das EFX, we came all the way from motherfuckers flowing like Big Daddy Kane and Ice Cube, and you come with that Superman shit? That shit is garbage. Hurricane (Chris) take them fucking beads out of your hair nigga! Man up. You niggas is making me feel real fucking mad about this shit.”
On June 23, 2008, Ice T responded to Soulja Boy's video response, where he apologised against Hurricane Chris for the comments, saying that the comments were made 'in anger' and that Hurricane isn't really in the beef. As for Soulja Boy, Ice-T apologised for the 'eat a privates'-comment, but continued to state that Soulja Boy's music is garbage. He also makes it clear that he isn't trying to set off a war against the Dirty South. Instead, he said: “If any war (is going to start), it's going to be good hip-hop versus whack hip-hop, you understand what i'm saying? And if there has to be a war on that battlefield, i'm proud to be the general, nigga

There is nothing wrong in what ICE-T did. He says it how he sees it. What kind of 'elder' sees wrong in the 'youth' and not tell d truth?
I perfectly undestand ice-t's outburst. He apologised for d harsh words used but he still maintaind his point that souljah boy is wack.
I know its hard but souljah boy should'nt take it personal. The old guy(who is one of d pioneers of hiphop) can't just ignore d rot in d industry, HE HAS TO SPEAK OUT.
Ice-t can't be envious.thats too impossible. Souljah just needs to improve.
