When I put on my pc, nothing shows, just a black screen.
no beeps at all, the fan just blows and blows, and nothing happens!
i've tested the monitor with another system and it's working fine.
the system has a pentium II cpu i think (the one that stands in a slot 1 connector slot).
can anyone help?

OH Jesus, are you sure what you say that your pc is Pentium II CPU processor?  That is outdated discontinued CPU processor product: Pentium II!!!! They don't manufacture it anymore. Latest update CPU processor are: Pentium 4, Pentium D, Intel Core, Intel Core2, or AMD Athlon, AMD Sempron, and AMD Phenom or Celeron D You need to replace new motherboard with newer CPU processor. |

Thanks guys,
i think i'll save myself from the hassle and get a new motherboard.
but there's also another pc with exactly the same problem, and this one has a socket 7 cpu.
i've tried removing the processor and placing it back, in case some vibrations might have shifted it a bit,
but it's still not coming on.
it also has an integrated graphics adapter and not a video card, so that eliminates any video card problems.
please, any suggestions?
