My greatest romantic travel was to Maiduguri, Borno State. Forget about the flies and scorching sun stories ! I had a swell time, suya rago, suya kaza, miyan kuka, tuwon masara, fura du nono, I went to Maiduguri zoo but learnt that most of the animals were killed and eaten by the workers to protest their unpaid salary
