How much will it cost to fence two plots of land in Ifo (Ogun State). Please also include the price of the gate as well.

yes - I suppose so. Cost of cement increases everyday! Ifo will also be considered at Lagos so the Lagos price up also applies  |

I would have thought so in terms of cement & sand (or if you want ready made blocks) The cost of labour is relative depending on who you use & how well you can bargain. I will be wary of the very cheap quotes though, These people sometimes quote very low to get the job then start bothering you everyday for more money to buy this and that. They know you will shout & complain but there is nothing you can do but to pay the extra. |

Fencing a one plot of land Will cost you between 450 - 650K depending on your barging power and location. But, make sure they use pillars to re-enforce the fence.
